We invite you to explore the healing power of sound and  music in this interactive workshop featuring sound healing, chanting, and yoga nidra accompanied by a range of instruments producing specific frequencies from the didgeridoo, Indian sitar and slide guitar, flutes, guitar, keys, voice and silent meditation to enhance the healing experience.
